Old Stuff
While were on vacation, we got to see a few ruins from 2000 years ago and before. We had never heard of most of the places before, but one place was a former capital of an ancient kingdom...pretty impressive!

More from the top
Sky High...or high on something?
Since Luke would only turn 30 once, he decided to make it memorable. Due to some generous birthday gifts, he was able to take flight in honor of the special occasion.
He took a 50 minute truck ride up a windy, dusty mountain trail to the peak overlooking two cities and two coves, just to jump off it. Once he got to the top, he loaded up in the tandem paragliding sling, took three steps, and was airborne. The view and the ride was breath-taking and as smooth as anything you could imagine. He got to steer for a while and once took a 720 degree spiral (with the guide in control, of course).
Turquoise Coast
The end of June is home to our anniversary and Luke's birthday. Summer begins to release sweltering breaths which leads us to seek cool respite. We abandoned the city and headed to an uncrowded haven on the coast. While we were there, we got to tour the turquoise waters--both for their beauty and their cool relief.
